This Sauvignon Blanc was produced using partial barrel fermentation in new French oak to add complexity and texture in combination with partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks retaining the varietal characters and freshness of the wine. A combination of flinty mineral notes with ripe tropical flavours gives the wine varietal character, elegance and balance. A wine at home on its own or with many seafood and light dishes.
